The official Twitter account of Dr. Bilal Philips, a Canadian Muslim scholar who is popular among Muslim minorities generally and Muslim Canadians especially, announced that Dr. Philips was admitted to hospital after feeling unwell for few days.
Dr. Philips is now receiving oxygen aid and glucose drips to help him breath according to the source.
There was no confirmation that Dr. Philips was diagnosed with COVID-19, however, he will be tested to verify.
